According to her mother, Angie Lynn was singing long before she spoke. As a child she put on numerous “concerts” from atop the edge of raised flowerbeds in her backyard. She sang in choirs as soon as she could, and when she was gifted a guitar at the age of 18, she learned enough chords to immediately begin to write. Then she didn’t stop.
Life took her to Arizona, New Mexico and then back to her home state of Washington before she began performing on Tacoma stages. She quickly became a member of the Tacoma music scene, collaborating with multiple artists and bands that inspired her and helped her grow as an artist.
Life is about experiences, mistakes, lessons and transformation. Angie’s goal in writing is to connect to the human experience, in all its wild glory. You will find authenticity and tender honesty. Angie wraps the heartbreak and joy of life into each lyric. Because we are all part of the same soul.
